We reserve the right to update product descriptions, images, and pricing at any time without notice. Prices displayed are in U.S. dollars. We make every effort to display product information accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions or prices are error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price.
3. Orders and Payment
By submitting an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if we suspect fraud or if products are unavailable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. K&B Supply does not store your payment card details.
4. Shipping
Shipping times and rates are provided at checkout. We ship to addresses within the United States. K&B Supply is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at kbsafetysupply@gmail.com or (251) 607-8332 within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Some items (e.g., safety equipment that has been deployed or worn, special-order products, and hazardous materials) may not be eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, K&B Supply LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website or any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that any product purchased is suitable for its intended use and complies with all applicable regulations, codes, and standards. K&B Supply makes no warranties beyond those provided by the original manufacturer. Always follow manufacturer instructions and applicable safety regulations when using industrial or safety equipment.
